The name Shinobu Kitsune does not appear in any archive or database. It's a false name, an alias, a mere identification code. Shinobu Kitsune is not a real person, it does not exist. It is a Ninja. But not simply a stealthy assassin, martial arts expert, but rather an Oniwaban. A spy master, a kind of liaison officer in charge of a group of agents in a specific zone or territory, responding directly to the clan leader. The Oniwaban are also believed to carry out the most dangerous field missions, or the ones that require the most responsibility. O-12 Military Intelligence attributes to someone by the name of "Kitsune S." the acquirement of the greatest part of classified material that the Paradiso Coordinated Command possesses about the Combined Army. This individual seems to have let himself (herself?) be captured by the Morats, remaining imprisoned by them for four months. During that time, this operative observed, analyzed, took notes, made recordings, and ransacked all data files from the holding center. He, or maybe she, later escaped, traversed twenty-one miles of Morat territory and forty-eight miles through No Man's Land until reaching allied lines. Of course, all this information is improbable, typical military propaganda; nobody is capable of accomplishing such a feat. Nobody... like the Oniwaban who, just like the Ninjas, don't exist. Shinobu Kitsune is not real, it's nothing more than a smoke screen, a false name...
